Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Edit Beauty through our website editbeauty.ae, operated by Sukunat General Trading LLC.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The product is in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Beauty, skincare, cosmetic, or personal care items once opened

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items purchased on sale, promotion, or with discount codes (unless defective)

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

If approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the product

  • Store credit

  • Refund (at our discretion)

4. Refunds (If Approved)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Any return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may return the item (subject to approval) and place a new order.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order.

7. Refused or Undelivered Orders

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address provided

  • Customer refusal to accept delivery

Any applicable refund will exclude:

  • Original shipping fees

  • Return shipping charges (if applicable)
